We want you to have a great shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We offer a 5-day return policy. You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as non-returnable.
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging.
  • Opened products will not return or replace. 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact.fideamint@gmail.com.

[NOTE: In Partial COD payment, amount is non-refundable]
